Millennium Copyright Act.
Reporting an infringement
If you believe material on traveldays.unjoblink.org infringes your copyright, send a written
notice to our designated agent containing all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or someone authorised
to act on their behalf. - Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us
to locate it — a direct URL is best. - Your address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by
the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. - A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is
accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their
behalf.

What happens next
We review valid notices promptly and will remove or disable access to material we
determine to be infringing. We may notify the person who posted it.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a
misidentification, you may send a counter-notice including your signature,
identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under
penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief it was removed by mistake, your
contact details, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your
district (or, if outside the US, any district where we may be found).
Repeat infringers
We terminate access for repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
A note on our images
Images on this site are licensed, openly licensed, or made for us, and are credited
where the licence asks for it. We do not use photographs taken from the businesses we write about, from social media, or
from other publications. If you believe an image here is yours and was used without a
licence, tell us and we will remove it while we check our records.
